Welcome New Hires!

Our newest team member in the accounting department is Amya Burse. She's graduating from the University of North Carolina - Pembroke with a degree in Business Administration, focusing on Management. Amya is originally from Atlanta but has been in the Charlotte area most of her life. She's passionate about cooking with her family, especially her autistic brother who dreams of becoming a chef one day. We are looking forward to working with Amya and seeing all the great things she'll bring to the team!

Welcome Stephanie Burford, PHR, M.S., our new Human Resource Manager. Stephanie has spent the past 7 years in Human Resources with a strong background in performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations & engagement, benefits, training & development, and full cycle recruitment. Stephanie resides in Charlotte, NC and is a former college soccer athlete at St. Bonaventure University. She has received her Masters degree in HR and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville and in her free time, she enjoys being active and creating personalized items on her Cricut machine.

Cassie is currently in the final stages of completing her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. She is a native of Charlotte and enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and cooking.

Welcome Jordan Osmond to the Advisor HR team. Jordan has joined the Client Service team, which plays a vital role in Advisor HR's success by making our services accessible to clients. Jordan is currently pursuing an associate degree and plans to continue her education in business. She finds working in Client Services to be an excellent opportunity to enhance her skills and expertise, as it presents new challenges every day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and animals.
